Seminars for works councils & trade unions
The Naturfreundehaus Elmstein is a proven venue for seminars in a trade union and company context. Works councils will find optimal conditions here for intensive training, further training or closed meetings. On request, we are happy to provide an experienced seminar leader for works councils, staff councils and employee representatives. Trade unions also regularly use our premises for educational seminars, workshops or strategy meetings. The quiet environment supports concentrated work, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Training opportunities for voluntary services & social organizations
Volunteers, social organizations or educational institutions in the non-profit sector will find a seminar house with heart and attitude. The Naturfreundehaus Elmstein is also an attractive destination for schools: school trips, adventure days, project weeks or nature education programs can be implemented excellently here. The surroundings in the Palatinate Forest offer countless opportunities for experience-oriented learning, environmental education or team building. Whether elementary school or secondary school – we are happy to support teachers with planning and implementation. Our house stands for extracurricular education with meaning, fun and sustainability.
Equipment & general conditions
Our house has several seminar and group rooms that can be used flexibly as required – for small group work, plenary sessions or interactive workshops. Accommodation is in single rooms, double rooms or cozy shared rooms with communal areas that invite you to exchange ideas. Full board is provided by our kitchen with 3 meals a day. On request, you can also book a coffee break with us, with coffee, homemade cake and fresh fruit. We are also happy to bring the coffee break directly to your seminar room. The natural location in the middle of the Palatinate Forest not only ensures peace and quiet, but also a special atmosphere – ideal for learning processes, group formation and creative impulses.
