Naturfreundehaus Elmstein is a proven venue for seminars in union and corporate contexts. Works councils find optimal conditions here for intensive training, further education, or closed-door retreats.

Upon request, we are happy to provide an experienced seminar leader for works councils, staff councils, and MAV (Employee Representation). Unions also regularly use our house for educational seminars, workshops, or strategy meetings. The quiet surroundings support concentrated work, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Volunteers, social organizations, or non-profit educational providers will find a seminar house with heart and a clear stance. Whether it's FSJ (Voluntary Social Year) seminars, workshops on social or political topics, or multi-day events for personal development – we provide the perfect setting.
